We use every piece of feedback or advice as an opportunity to improve, which is why we actively encourage you to share feedback or ideas on the current organisation and management regularly. This way, if there is a problem, we can work on a solution.
We’re very sorry to hear that you feel this way. We are in fact currently working on a leadership program to help promote transparency, better decision-making skills and maintain a strong, healthy management style that is conducive to a positive working environment. We also offer several managerial conferences and Q&A sessions with a dedicated coach, as well as tools to help follow up on individual goals and your regular 1-1 with your manager on Lattice.
We provide numerous ways for you to give feedback, such as a monthly anonymous eNPS survey sent to all employees, to regularly detect and structural issues. An anonymous report tool is also available at all times for any ideas or suggestions on how to improve. As we work in a very dynamic industry, we want to make sure that all of our staff are happy in their teams to be able to perform to the best of their ability.
