Vowel is an amazing company with great people and excellent and transparent leadership. Team members are super kind and smart. The speed of innovation is amazing and it's great to continually roll out features and help our customers.

I can't think of any cons. It's the best company I have worked for.

- Working on a product aiming to disrupt the video conferencing space is exciting and very relevant to macro trends happening in the world right now - It's still early days for the product so individual engineers have a lot of say and opportunity to shape the architecture and direction of the product - The team is awesome! Everyone I have worked with is smart, talented and a pleasure to work with. - The company fully embraces remote work. Remote is seen as a competitive advantage, not a hurdle. Periodic remote team building and in-person gatherings help us stay feeling connected.

Like any early stage startup the success/failure of the product is an unknown. But this is a good motivator—I know what I do every day can have an impact on our success.
