You will be mostly alone on projects and there will be able to do what you want to make it work ...

Cons

Developers are used to the bone and then tossed away. Cannot and doesn't have the will to retain developers for more than 2 years. Frenetic schedules and tight dead lines don't leave any time for training. Poor paycheck.
