Pros

* While an early stage venture, we delivered a product that was considered best in class. * You appreciate it while you're there because if feels better than what you're used to. But when you leave, you quickly realize that the culture that this team created was unique, powerful, and super motivating to be a part of. * Open and candid discussions with the entire company. It always felt like it was a two-way conversation with a wide open option to figure out how to help carry the load. * This team was super competitive. And it permeated the entire company culture. We played as a team. You wanted to help your teammates. And we wanted to compete in the market. * Non-political meritocracy. It you had the courage to take it on, you had the opportunity to promote your ideas, collaborate with peer organizations, and take on innovative challenges, regardless of your role or tenure. * I genuinely liked the leadership. They were smart, engaged, open and easily accessible. * This was a close to a "family' as I have ever experienced in a company.

Cons

No regrets. This was great learning experience for me. The growth in such a short period of time was exceptional. It was an opportunity to experience the power of a strong culture and how it impacts every individual. This place was loaded with A-level talent and I learned a ton from them. I only wish Voxify would have continued on as an independent venture. After we were acquired, I really understood the value of a great company culture and strong leadership.

Pros

Interesting projects and great roster of clients and brands to work with! Good technology as well.

Cons

Not a whole lot to really worry about other than funding and acquisition rumors.
