Pros
Some people are really hard working and you can learn a lot from your colleagues.
Cons
Management never takes feedback on board, and processes change so often they end up contradicting each other. The workload just keeps growing to the point where eating at your desk or staying late becomes the norm. Speaking up about it only gets you labelled as “difficult” and shut down. It’s a shame, because there are genuinely brilliant and caring people here, but the culture itself is really toxic. Profit always comes before people or patient care.
