Can't think of any. No company is perfect, but I won't list something here just for the sake of listing something. I really love my job and the company.

Flexible remote work environment and exposure to federal consulting projects. Team members are often talented and supportive, creating a collaborative atmosphere despite organizational challenges.

Compensation is below market compared to similar roles, with other companies offering significantly higher pay for the same work. Promotion process is rigid and only occurs once per year, even for high performers, and in some cases promotions come with little to no salary increase. Benefits are inconsistent, particularly health insurance, which changes frequently and has declined in quality over time. This adds uncertainty and dissatisfaction for employees. The company also struggles with retaining strong talent, leading to high turnover. This results in repeated onboarding and long clearance delays where employees may spend months unable to contribute, only to leave shortly after. This cycle creates inefficiencies that could be avoided with better retention efforts.
