Pros
To be honest almost everything is great here. I love my coworkers, we are all a big family. Management is amazing, and being part of that has been a great experience. I love the fact we all know each other. The pay is great and I love what I do. Senior management is good, and honestly ever since a new director was put in place, things have changed and were growing really fast. The director and rest of senior management and management is great, but senior director will just not change.
Cons
The communication from Senior Director to the rest of management isn't the best, there is a lot of confusion on what each person is supposed to do. From Senior Directors point of view it's never enough. The bad is always pointed out, but never the good that's not a way to run a call center. Were always told to give ideas and share our opinion, but in my eyes it is never heard. The Senior Director always has to show you she has the power. Often putting your job on the line, always switching things around without anyone being aware of it until it happens. So much unfairness has happened when it comes to management, people being cut or people being overlooked. The worse thing is the unprofessional comments or being put down over things that could be professionally discussed. We've lost a lot of people because of this. No one ever speaks up because we're all scared of losing our jobs. The company could run a lot better if the Senior Director would be different. This is not only my opinion I speak for a lot of people. All I see her do is sit behind a desk while the director runs around fixing everyone’s problems and communicating with everyone to the fullest. Now as a part of management, you feel as if you would have a saying. Well not here according to senior director, shes always right and your always wrong. You cant say anything without her attacking you or putting you down. She says your opinion means everything, but the way she makes you feel, really makes you never wanna speak again.
