Pros
WFH. One can get good hands on experience on real production system. Too many permutations and combinations of designations you can see here. One can get good promotions(I mean Designations).
Cons
No one literally cares about company product and end users. Lack’s innovative work for product improvement. No out of box thinking. Discussions are full of buzzwords. In company, too many speakers rather than doers. People work on multiple projects at same time. 90% of the project won’t go live in production. Employee need to carry laptop for working at odd hours. Employee has to pay from their salary if something happens to laptop. Policies are not streamlined. Everything is verbal. Policies used to change on Adhoc basis for oppressing employees. Finger pointing is big curse for this company. New culture is big myth and full of buzzwords. Lack of trust and transparency especially when it comes to employees. Good people are leaving company. Company show processes as excuse when it comes for paying variable pay. That’s why people used to leave company in a year.
