Good vacation but endless work you either work through it, or overwork when you’re back to catch up. Don’t let their match donations fool you, it’s a marketing trick, they’re selective on what donations to match and 99% they said they don’t match that donation bla bla after you request to HR. It’s just a look good marketing trick.
Cons
Very toxic company, it’s the same as SES IMAGOTAG, go read reviews of that company. Extremely high turnover, toxic managers with unrealistic expectations. I’ve never seen a company that all employees are so invested in CYA because it’s a finger pointing blame culture. So everyone covers their back. Managers gossip their direct reports to their favorite. They fight even in meetings. This is like the dumping ground of toxic managers. Find out what company did the manager come from and go read reviews. They hire the worst of the worst. Micromanaging to the core. There’s a reason there’s no HR employee anonymous survey, they do not care about employees experience. Gigantic egos, etc. run away if you value your sanity.
