The people are great here, I always felt supported and welcome. Management always kept an open line of communication and asked me if my needs were being met regularly.

There aren’t many, the only one I saw was that since they are a small company they can’t justify purchasing some of the more popular licensing tools. But even so, I was able to complete my work with the tools made available to me.

The best part of the job was the camaraderie among coworkers. We all pulled together and supported each other when management made things difficult.

Management has a habit of squeezing too much out of people without showing much appreciation. Folks burn out fast because the expectations keep shifting and often don’t make sense. Instead of fixing the problem, they just let people go and call it a ‘performance issue.’ As a result, hardly anyone sticks around long.
