Pros

Since I started working for Maxor I have noticed that they not only hire from within, but push you to learn and challenge yourself along the way. Personal and professional development are big focuses, and opportunities to explore these are frequent. The leaders provide great support for reaching your goals.

Cons

Don't have much on that front

Pros

Great benefits. Quarterly bonuses (if you qualify).

Cons

Call center. Don’t do it to yourself. Shift bids company will tell you shift bids are based on performance - they aren’t. They’re based on the order of the shifts you select. For example let’s say you’re ranked #37 and someone else gets #40. If you put a shift you didn’t really want as your #67 and the individual who got #70 put a shift you’d actually really rather have, you will get the shift you put, not the better shift. Therefore it’s not performance based at all. If you’re out for surgery or having baby, etc, you will get a horrible position for the shift bid. The company will not prepare you for the overwhelming volume during shift changes where you do get thrust into a horrible shift like Thursday to Sunday, a shift that puts you on the busiest days of the week and, depending on your hours, the busiest times of the day. You’re just thrust into it. Employees can be very rude.
