Pros
- Freedom to come up with an implement your own ideas. - No central office making you do things that dont suit your space or store. - Relatively flexible for a retail role, apart from the obvious e.g. you are expected to work weekend.
Cons
- Some senior management's people skills / management style are not where they should be, especially for retail. "happy staff, happy customers".
