      -Account Executives and Product Managers are topnotch and genuinely kind hardworking people -Historic Company with prestigious name -Sales conferences are in fun locations

      Cons

      -Despite a "record-breaking profits" in the last year, few people received raises. Management addressed the concerns by making small 401k adoptions. You will make $20k less than at other publishers in salary alone. -Outdated business models and practices -Unequal bonus plans -Diversity issues
