If they decide they don't like someone they will bully them until they quit because they don't want to pay unemployment. The owner does not hold herself accountable for anything even though she is constantly screwing stuff up. Constantly belittles and micromanages employees. Don't ever count on getting praise for good work, only plan on getting talked down to in the event that you mess up on one little item. If you haven't messed up in awhile don't worry they will dig to find something to talk down to you about. Don't tell them anything personal either because it will be used to mock you.
