Cons
People on top managerial position hold themselves in high esteem, doesn't care about lower tier. Never reaches out to mid / bottom layers. Long hours, lay-offs, laid off least 50% of their long term employee in past 4-5 years. Low pay with frustrating "bonus". (they pay some freshly graduated junior designer more than seasoned junior designer which is ridiculous). No transparency, talks about they have long term 5-15 year plans but nobody knows what the actual plan is. Top tier spends an awful lot of money on trips, and shares their "experiences", while people under them works crazy hours to pay for their "trip". Puts you on project after project that you are not interested in, even if you mention the type of project that you want to work on. Empty promises. Non appreciative management.
