Great company & Team - Anonymous employee WAV Media Employee Review

The company culture at WAV media is second to none. It's a very tight-knit community of music lovers; eager and willing to welcome more people into the squad. Teams are built out of passionate and creative people from all kinds of backgrounds, all eager to build something incredible, and have a great time while they do it. My favorite part of WAV Media is the idea and overall attitude that 'nothing is off the table,' and additionally, that anything is possible... opinions and ideas are welcome no matter your title.

As is normal for a start up - you need to have the "eager to win" teamwork mentality at WAV. Many employees wear multiple hats beyond their title, and often work long hours if projects require late nights to meet deadlines.

The company has a great mix of young and talented juniors, and extremely experienced team leaders. People come from different experiences and backgrounds, but they all share the feeling of building something great. Very open and supportive culture. If you love music, this is the place to be. There's always a conversation about music. Few employees are already artists themselves.

Must be flexible and able to adapt to different situations. I guess most startups are like that.
