      Absolutely Nothing. Worst place ever.

      Cons

      Horrible work environment, Nisan is the absolute worst person to work for. The office is very dirty and after multiple complaints he did not do anything about it even though he said he would. He is cheap and does not value his employees. Do not accept any offers because the policy changes every few months to benefit Nisan. Your annual bonus will take 6 months to kick in if you even get lucky. You are better off working at Dunkin than for this company.

      Pros

      Staff and other engineers are extremely friendly and helpful. This made learning the product a fun and engaging. They encourage people to use some of the equipment for personal projects which allowed me to be creative and really appreciate what the waterjet can do.

      Cons

      Environment is fast paced , but as long as you're engaged its easy to keep up and feel like your work is impactful.

      Some of the people-none of the management.

      Cons

      "CEO" gave himself the title and reads books from Amazon to learn how to do his job-still fails at it. Hires people that know more than he does-but doesn't listen to them.
