1. Senior Management dis-order 2. Senior Management dis-honest 3. Your colleagues tend to not share their knowleadge to you, especially when you are a new hire. 4. There is a lot of fights between teams wthn-in the same BU(Business Unit), the the reason of fight is far beyond the politics. And Glassdoor dis-approved my explaination with the exact reasons, due to some restrictions of its rule.
