      Pros

      Smart, hardworking people, pay and benefits are OK

      Cons

      The CEO and many of EVP's, SVP's and VP's that have come in from Cisco are unhealthy/toxic for the company and its people. They are tone-deaf and live in their own ivory tower. They don't get along themselves and the politics hurts their teams and shareholders. Employees don't trust them and don't speak up for fear of retaliation.

      Smart and hard working coworkers. Great exposure to technology. Lots of opportunity to grow and learn.

      High workload, but understandable due to the timing and project I was involved in.
