      Pros

      Good incentive program at WD. The work is inline with what one would expect in this industry. The benefits are good and job security is good.

      Cons

      To many changes for long term planning, The market seems to be shifting to alternate types of memory however no reaction to the market is underway. Flash memory is taking off and WD is not on the boat.
