Could use a better office layout for more comfortable workstations & offices.

Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Lots of freedom as an engineer to make your own path. Supportive and knowledgeable senior staff. Extremely flexible schedule. It would be the perfect place for an experienced engineer to join the company, bring in their own clients, and build their dream job.

Not much mentorship for young engineers. Kind of a 'sink or swim' environment. Paper checks, no direct deposit. Behind the curve when it comes to software: new to Revit and RISA, no ETABS or Enercalc, no project management or communication tools. Limited extra-curricular activities.
