there are some people at well who are great. Most of them are get taken advantage of.
Cons
Mental health has gone down the drain working for this company. They gaslight you when you tell them about a problem and refuse to fix it. Staff continue to quit and they will not replace the staff. Meanwhile, they lie to shareholders about how well the company treats staff. They continue to incorporate technology to "help" the MOAs with workload, but all this means is that the MOAs should be getting more work done now that there is online booking and self check in so there is no need to hire more people! The amount of work not being done is going to become a legal liability but they refuse to acknowledge it because they only care about turning a profit.
