Generous breaks, understanding management, in depth training conducted by patient line leads.
Cons
Smelly warehouse boots. In all seriousness, coworkers had a tendency to be hit or miss due to management pulling from temp agencies. However, the ones who proved detrimental to the team usually weren't invited back.
