You have the technology you need to get the work done efficiently. Top management thinks out side the box and encourages innovation regularly to show our clients superior service and innovative ideas to solve our clients needs Team approach to solving clients needs.

We view technical and professional competency growth as two of the most crucial elements of personal and corporate success. Please take advantage of the myriad of training opportunities provided by WGI and third parties on a regular basis. Of course, if you have suggestions on how we can do anything better, please let us know! We also intend to further embrace technology and leverage efficiencies to increase revenues while simultaneously decreasing our risk exposure as we communicated in our most recent Strategic Plan. Look for more commitments to a robust IT group and a corporate reliance on new tools to deliver efficient work.

Pros

Excellent benefits, departments are very cooperative, professional environment, fair workload, good company morale, and encourages professional/educational development and business innovation.

Cons

Room for improvement with downstream communication, some departments are more rewarding to work in than others, growth and potential of promotion is strictly limited by education or certification level and much more difficult to accomplish for lower level employees, and very little to no SOPs in place for certain procedures.
