Good workplace - Trader WH Trading Employee Review

-friendly and supportive colleagues: I work with not only talented but genuinely friendly people. This creates a positive work environment. -I like the way I’m compensated for the work I do, and I love the benefits the company offers. -I like the fact that the firm is smaller as this contributes to me feeling valued and is a refreshing to not have to deal with larger, impersonal corporations

The main con I have with working here would be more of a general one of the industry. I think being a trader doesn’t always give you the security as more traditional jobs might as markets are always going to be dynamic.

Nice people and a good day to day atmosphere.

WH has not kept up with the competition. Complacency, lack of innovation and willingness to make radical changes has left them lightyears behind the big competitors. Management is about riding the wave of what worked in the past rather then planning for the long term future.
