Pros
The people in the company work hard and enjoy the work, their co-workers and the clients. The work seems meaningful and rewarding and compensation generally adequate.
Cons
A couple years ago new management came in, opened new offices, tried to start new business lines and became a clique with little meaningful input from employees. Poorly written, arrogant emails with top down management focus were executed regularly until it became apparent the 'new way' wasn't working then not much was heard. The expenses were unsustainable and costs were shoved down to the offices which began to bleed red. They let good people go who did not agree with their approach. The parent company is finally forcing changes but so much damage has been done and so many good (money making) people have left or been let go I see more hard times ahead.
