Kids can be tough, but the staff comes together to help each other out. I enjoyed my time here at Wichita Falls.

When you go home, you leave the job behind. No on call at all. Tons of time off. A week at thanksgiving, two weeks at Christmas, a week for spring break, and three weeks in the summer.

The pay is terrible. The minimum is I think 38k, and the cap is around 54k or 56k. Management is terrible.
