Pros

-Some really nice people to work with. - Lot of work perks if you're part of the Vancouver office. - San Diego managers are solid people who look out for their employees

Cons

- You're treated like dirt if you work at the San Diego location - The company is so bad with money, you usually have to find another credit card for shop purchases or wait for them to move money from another account. - They give you a run around when you try to use your sick time. ( personal belief its paid out if they have enough in the bank) - They also barely follow health & safety rules while unsafe chemicals are out. - Don't trust their word on raises. Was given a $1 raise and didnt see it go into effect until 5 months later. - Difference between SD and Vancouver managers is massive. SD cares and Vancouver takes an attitude of ignorance is bliss.

Pros

1. Very solid backend team to work with and you can learn the most cutting edge cloud backend stack in this company, with best practice without any doubts. This is the part I appreciate the most 2. Talented designers who can deliver amazing UI/UX designs. They won several prizes for the best UX/UI designs and I feel very proud of them, esp., the original Designer guy, super talented and fun to work with 3. Flexible working schedule that you can work from home if you don't feel well 4. CEO is a very reasonable and smart person to talk with, very good at cheering people. I personally really appreciate his work for all those years. (I assume those three negative reviews are from fired employees and therefore don't take their biased childish review into considerations.) From 0 to 1 is super difficult and he is doing a really good job so far

Cons

Hire Fast & Fire Fast strategy should be implemented better to avoid saboteur/unqualified employees waste money. If a guy or a couple cannot commit his/their work or do a BS job, please fire immediately like a startup.
