WIS is such a big company with a variety of roles, there's so many ways to find what fits "you." Opportunities for growth. I personally have like all of my management team, always nice and listened to their employees. When I was an inventory supervisor, I loved the traveling and experiencing new places. Higher pay than minimum wage, and typically higher than what most places offer.

Depending on the position, hours can be on the longer side. (but this can also be seen as a good thing.) Early starting times. Certain positions sometimes have a high turnover rate. While there are a lot of possibilities for growth, sometimes it can be a little difficult.

It’s ok pay is ok

Ungodly hours lots of competition lots of favorites for top guns the little guys get the bad areas and if you can’t make your numbers the company cuts your hours so bad you just give up
