I write with regards to the review from our former Credit Controller who worked for me for over 13 years in both a full time and latterly in a part time capacity. As a Company we were happy to work with our former employee to accommodate their request to work 4 days a week due to their personal circumstances. I am surprised to see that they do not recommend our Company as they in fact worked for us for over 13 years and on numerous occasions commented that I was the best boss they had ever worked for. Unfortunately, due to the impact of COVID-19 we no longer required a dedicated Credit Controller and with regret we had to make the position redundant
Cons
Having worked for the business for nearly 20 years, my length of service itself speaks for the lack of Cons.
