      Pros

      I worked with some very sharp and talented engineers.

      Cons

      There was a serious lack of leadership and structure in the organization, particularly in the Charlotte office. There was no type of onboarding for no employees; you were just thrown out there to fend for yourself.

      Thanks for your feedback. Our goal is that all employees find a home at WKD that is supported by our 90% retention rate. However, with that said, we understand that some are looking for a different career path. I am sorry your short time with WKD wasn’t positive. I hope you have found a new home where you can grow and prosper.

      Great culture and team, work schedule flexibility, appreciation of work, benefits

      Cons

      Work load can sometimes be overwhelming, but at least it's a good sign of growth, opportunity, and job security

      Pros

      Pleasant and easygoing atmosphere. Nice coworkers. Some field visits, access to plan sheets, Civil 3D reformatting.

      Cons

      Was rarely given work to do.
