      Pros

      Great pay for an internship 15$ an hour. You will get good training and media experience. Co-workers are nice and uplifting with an exception of a few. I would recommend this internship to anyone who wants to learn and grow. Management is chill and will work with your school schedule. After the internship is over they will make sure that you can get a job.

      Cons

      I wish it could be a full year internship. Some managers do not have a structured intern schedule and have no clue what to do for interns but if you seek for work and improving you will get it.

      - rotates you through different departments of the station - friendly coworkers, invested in your success - provides good experience in the field

      - limited to those in college - hours are dependent upon class schedule
