Our team was small so we had a real strong bond. We learned off each other. Felt great actually seeing your hard work pay off.

We had a small team. Often times my day would easily go over 10 hours. And more times than I'd like to count i had to work from home or on the go.

Great coworkers, made a lot of friends. Plenty of educational projects when I was there. Pay was decent enough for fresh grad. Management supportive of design idea if you make your case, for new project that is. Can learn best practices.

No thought provoking or exciting projects in general. Cookie cutter designs for the most part. I guess don't fix it if it aint broke. But just lacks the energy a fresh grad needs coming out of college studio environment. You won't improve your design creative skills here.
