Pros

- Excellent salary, bonuses and benefits - Great training processes and WM University - Autonomy - Great lunches

Cons

- Area VPs for Canada are brought in from US; no trust to groom or hire a Canadian AVP - Place enormous amounts of responsibility on District Managers but, do not empower them with delegation of equal authority to exercise corresponding decisions to fully manage effectively all of the assigned responsibility - Inequity of distribution amongst District Managers for provision of company trucks - years of mismanagement resulted in large annual bonuses for all levels of local management at the expense of basic needs for all other employees such as A/C and heat, paint for walls, carpet or tile for floors, broken and decrepit equipment and trucks - Local manager and employee decisions are over-ruled as share price and dividends for share holders are paramount - No Quality of Life nor work life balance emails at all hours of the night, when off on weekends and vacation with expectation you will respond ASAP - Recruiters will recruit internally with threats to coerce the employee to jump teams or feel pressured to apply, all so that their personal placement targets and bonus potential are met, regardless of whether it weakens the existing team or crushes employee morale and trust
