Pros

Very complete on-boarding and training process. Trainers and management have a coaching mindset and very solid belief in continuous improvement. I felt really well supported from my first day, through my training period, and every week since. Although WM is a really massive company, I completely feel like they are invested in my success here and care about helping me develop as a professional.

Cons

There is an enormous amount of details to learn about the waste industry. Although I learned a lot in my training period, it was not until I actually started working with customers and using the systems that I began to feel competent. There are lots of different systems to learn in order to do my job, and it has taken about six months for me to feel like "I get it".
