Pros

-It is a melting pot of great people who work well under pressure. -The company is constanyly growing, whether it be organically or through acquisitions. - WM has a variety of employee benefit programs that provide assistance both in and out of the workplace.

Cons

-There is a large disconnect between the Corporate office and the day to day operation teams. -Have significant cost cutting initiatives that eliminate key functions, yet continue spending capital on superfluous projects.
