      The first 6 years of employment were very enjoyable, a lot of responsibilities, but enjoyable.

      Cons

      New area VP took over and leads by intimidating all the managers. Never know what day your number will get punched. Zero credit for the good things that get accomplished, just beatings for the issues that need addressed.
