Small company, limited market areas, low call volume, low income, recently acquired Dec 2025. $15 per hour, non achievable sales goals, inexperienced management, bonuses removed, customer incentives removed. Most departments outsourced over seas with difficulty understanding and customer frustration. Customers get transferred 5-8 times. Too many reps for low call volume company. Low morale. Bad behavior rewarded. Unfair scheduling. Long wait times between calls.
