      - Very Flexible - Relaxed environment (almost too relaxed)

      Cons

      - High Expectations, low pay - Work environment not welcoming, full-time workers only converse with full-time workers, if your freelance expect to be treated like your temporary - If your a person of color STAY AWAY! They are not welcoming - Very Hostile work environment, everyone is out to get their fellow coworkers
