This place is just bizarre…from the Management all the way up to the Ownership. The goals and objectives are unclear because I truly don’t believe that Management nor Ownership really know “what” they want from any given individual. They know that they want “something,” but they just can’t explain what it is. Your job will consist of a bunch of bizarre projects that are beyond your purview, however those projects are intended to assist the Department Heads in performing/understanding their role(s) and Department(s). Additionally, the One-on-One meetings will be NONSTOP.. This type of leadership/management style for such a small organization is ludicrous. Furthermore, be prepared to work in a dangerous area while your Manager has the ability to work from the comfort of his/her home almost everyday. And don’t even BOTHER going to HR to discuss these/your concerns because HR consists of a Department without one person degreed in HR, and without one person who has experience in HR. Again, just a bizarre organization that lacks direction. Save your time and your sanity…don’t work for WPD Management.
