relaxed environment but be aware of the following cons

1. they will avoid signing any contract until the end of your first week. your first friday is judgement day. chances are you are long gone. I worked there and I had seen a lot of people fired in the first week. 2. the only one positive review on glassdoor was made by the director of the company hahahaha 3. beware of the boss's son, he will always say "don't worry no problem" and on your judgement day he will have 1-2 pages of every single mistake you did. 4. don't get tempted to ask what happened to the other 2 bosses of the company (that was my bad call) 5. do not judge the boss's son competency in computers, because it is below average. 6. the company has 4 employees all underpaid £16k (3 are around 25yrs old and 1 old guy) that have been there for a long time and you know "you are the new guy" so every move you make is the gossip of the day - of course behind your back.
