Pros
The fact that there is employer paid insurance is the best. However, you get a guarenteed 4% cost of living raise each year but your cost of copays and deductibles go up that much or more.
Cons
promotions are given to those who have degrees. However, it doesn't matter what the degree is. A promotion to a management position would be given to someone who has a degree in the study of bugs with no insurance experiance over someone who has years of previous insurance with no degree.
