I really can't think of anything.

- We do outstanding work, some competitors in the industry do not act in the best interests of the industry but our mission means something to us - Talented people, you have a few who are lazy or under-skilled, but for the most part there are some truly talented individuals here. Scary good at what they do and the passion with which they do it - Not afraid to fire people, when someone isn't performing up to expectations or is acting unethically they are let go. I suspect many of those people left the scathing reviews.

- Not afraid to fire people, in the past people have also been let go do to budget reasons, a hard decision and perhaps in the best interests of the company, but it destroys morale around the office for a while. - Office itself is in poor shape, though we are trying to move. - Members and clients are almost all old white guys, "good old boys" mentality among them. ED is actually trying very hard to diversify though.
