Sometimes workload could get heavy

People I worked with at WRECO are all nice. Never had any problem with anyone. Many experienced and smart engineers that can be your mentor if you are new to the field. Good benefit package.

Relatively lower pay compare to others in the industry. Lacking resources that is essential in facilitating higher efficiency such as a better plotter, and software for more productive work flow. The low efficiency of work flow instead of small investment on such resources is difficult to justify. Lack of career development opportunities. Often need to work overtime or even night shift at the field without good compensation. Senior assigned tasks without giving clear instruction or essential project information to start. Management promote more frugal values than cost-efficient approach. More serious than fun culture.
