Nepotism: It often felt like hiring decisions were heavily influenced by personal relationships, with many hires appearing to be friends or family of existing staff. This was openly discussed and something they were proud of, which created a sense of exclusion for those outside of "the circle" Lack of Career Development: In my experience, there was little to no support for professional growth or career development. Uncertain Future: After the recent acquisition by a large corporation, many key clients seemed to be reconsidering their relationships, which added to the uncertainty. Communication Issues: I often felt misled by management both during my time at the company and after my departure. Unprofessional Environment: The workplace atmosphere was frequently unprofessional, which made it difficult to feel valued or respected as an employee. Unrewarding Culture: There was a bizarre company culture where adults were rewarded with pizza parties, similar to how children might be. This infantilized the employees and made it difficult to take the company seriously.
