Good for entry level - not worth it if you have experience - Contact Center Agent WSFS Financial Employee Review

Pros

They close at 7 pm M-F. Scheduled every other weekend, and it is only until 3pm. Hour lunches usually, benefits are good, but cost a lot. Most managers are cool; some are power-hungry but will stay off your back if you sell. Sales aren't hard - 4 a month gets you paid and off your manager's radar.

Cons

Expensive benefits. Sick time and vacation are same bucket - all is PTO. Breaks are only 10 minutes. Communication from 'corporate' is usually designed for branches; it is as if the customer service department is a second-class citizen or an afterthought.
