Pros
Great community bank! WSFS is a small bank in comparrison with the giant inter-state banks there are today. But being small doesn't mean they aren't competitive! WSFS puts the customer and employees first. They really care about you and an individual working for them.
Cons
As with any retail banking, at times, the sales pressure was intense. They also like to cross-train all their branch employees, which sounds great, and can be; but also creates a huge burden of knowledge and responsibility on you.
