      - A few great people - Rewarding experience if you desire to make an impact - Great if you love the adrenaline rush of working under time constraints

      - Some of the management is great, but you’ll find as you climb up the totem pole of management levels, some are horrible. - Little amount of vacation days - Very stressful - Pay is horrible

      Pros

      Vacation policy is nice. Health benefits are okay.

      Cons

      Managers who have no business being in management. Embarrassing reputation in the community. Quickly dropping from strong second-place to nearly fourth in the market. Run by consultants. More than one-third of the news staff is straight out of college or it's their first time in the industry.
