Pros
Most people are friendly. There are a lot of collaborations and partnership even at the senior level. People seem to genuinely care about what they do and are very passionate in creating good work. For people who are new to the firm, they pro-rate your performance goals during the first year so you have time to adjust. Big name and brand recognition in the HR consulting market.
Cons
The pay is very, very, very, very below the market. My offer was more than $100K less than my last job for the exact same field and role. Even after a lot of negotiations, it was still almost 30% lower. They use offshore shared services for a lot of the internal functions so urgent requests can take up to a week to get through the queue and priority. Although the company made a lot of effort to rebrand, it's still very heavily focused on benefits and comps.
