Should have listened to the reputation from friends in industry about this place because it’s true Very toxic work culture created by management who talk down to people and constantly message out of hours and at weekends Ridiculous expectation on work load due to management having poor leadership and organisational skills Low salary Staff turnover insanely high leaving constant gaps in teams Product is not premium

I worked for Wyse full time for 2 and a half years and I thoroughly enjoyed my time with the company, Wyse offered me chances to grow as a designer I worked very closely with the founder and was responsible for all prints at Wyse. Marielle trusted my vision, opinion and gave clear direction. The office is lovely, friendly and the atmosphere is good. The staff are very close and supportive, I am grateful to have had the chance to not only work for an amazing brand but to grow alongside the brand.
